Hi everyone,

Normally, I take fresh wheatgrass shots and fresh royal jelly, but I am going to be travelling soon, so I was wondering if anyone can reccommend a powder or pill form for each.

I got my royal jelly from GNC. I can't remember if my wheatgrass is from there or from Vitamin World though.
