Yes, TTC definitely comes with it's own language! but don't ever think anything is a stupid question. None of us ever came to this place knowing all that we know now.
Good luck with your journey. Have you read "inconceivable" yet? It's a good source of inspiration for those of us with high fsh. Also the Infertility Cure. Great great book!
