Actually since we moved 2 yrs ago, I haven't been to an OB. I have an appt. for Sept. I wanted to get through the summer and see if we could get pg, but I need to have a pap anyway b/c it has been so long...hopefully she will be able to tell me something!

I have PCOS and Insulin Resistance. My Doc put me on Metforimin about 3 years ago to help my cycles regulate. My cycles never did regulate and I didn't ovulate. A few months ago I heard about Vitex and began taking it twice daily. Within a month I was having REGULAR periods. I had 3 in a row! That was some feat for me. Well in January I found out that I am pregnant for the first time. I NEVER ovulated so I give Vitex the credit for this. It was a miracle for me! Good luck with it. Just keep taking it every day.
