ok i wanted to know if it was safe to take Vitex and maca together i know their has been good results with Maca and im learned some good things about Vitex also so i was wondering if it would be ok to take both of them together. i seem to be ovulating later and later and i have a long LP any info woudl be great thanks a bunch

Vitex takes several months of taking it to see results. I am not sure how they would interact with each other. Maca is actually a food - part of the radish family. I don't know enough about them to know if taking both would be beneficial or detrimental. I know Vitex will regulate your hormones and put them on an even level with each other so one doesn't over power the other. Maca supposedly increases the sex drive as well but it didn't help my DH in that area although it did for me. I guess it depends on the person.

thanks for the info i think ill start with the vitex and give it a few month and if i dont notice any difference then ill try the maca. Im thinking of starting Dh on the maca though i read some things about it improving sperm count and quality.
