Default Vitex and FSH

Hi! I know that people use vitex for fertility. They say it increases LH and decreases FSH to balance out hormones. My question is doesn't it hurt to decrease the level of FSH? Won't that keep the follicles from maturing?
Thanks!

well, what it actually does is BALANCE the hormonal levels. So, it does decrease FSH but only if it's an abnormal level. I guess we can say it levels it out. Dose that make sense?
