Anyone ever try using Soy Isoflavones? I'm trying it out for the first time this month and was wondering if anyone had any success stories.

i tried edeme (sp) used it kinda like clomid...i ate about 1/2 cd 5-7 . i found it in the freezer section and just cooked as dirrected...


what kind of soy where you thinking of? food or pills?

no side effects at all, actually when I ovulated it was the first time I ever felt anything....was like they were golfballs
also...it was the first time i ever got a +ept, so i think they definetly helped 100% more than clomid ever did. I actually went on soulcysters and got ALOT of information about it. If AF does come this month I'll definetly try them again next cycle.

I took 155mg days 5-9 in pill form
