Icon7 Royal Jelly

I've been told (haven't yet tried it, but if I have some unsuccessful cycles, I will) it has helped people who've been TTC for years to achieve pregnancy.

Royal Jelly
Royal jelly is the food secreted by the nurse bees and fed to the growing Queen. It consists of about two thirds water and one third dry matter and helps the Queen live up to five years compared to the lifespan of the worker bee of just six weeks plus six months hibernation.

Royal jelly is rich in B vitamins, enzymes, hormones and amino acids and assists in the treatment of PMS, the menopause, infertility and impotence. As a hormone balancer, it can be used for acne, migraines and post natal depression.

The container should tell you how often to take it, I'm not sure if each brand is different or not.

The Nature's Bounty brand recommends taking one capsule 1-3 times a day, with a meal. I, personally, would take one a day for a week, see how I feel (make sure I'm not reacting in anyway or becoming nauseated) then go to two for a week, then go on three.

Good luck!!

Don't forget about this, I had a friend that had to be rushed to the ER because she took this! Be careful!

Side Effects

Avoid use if allergic to any of the components in royal jelly. Royal jelly has been linked with acute asthma, anaphylaxis, and death.

Toxicities

Because some individuals have hypersensitivity reactions to other bee products such as bee pollen, keep in mind the potential for cross-reaction with royal jelly. In fact, royal jelly consumption has been linked with acute asthma, anaphylaxis, and death, probably because of the pollen constituents.
