I started with these boards when we moved over from ePregnancy way back in 2003...I am a substitute teacher and have two kids, and am getting ready to ttc #3 soon!! I am a fan of maca and chasteberry (vitex) for natrual fetility enhancement.

that said, I am also a writer querying an article for alternative medicine on herbal medicines for fertility. I wondered if some of you may be willing to share what has worked and not worked for you, esp. if you have experienced infertility in the past.

I am probably going to discuss maca, vitex, false unicorn, saw palmetto berry, vitamin e (for endometriosis), zinc (for men)...any other suggestions?

Maybe I will try some and see if I can get to a easier this time!
