I've been taking Vitex and False Unicorn Root for a while now. Vitex since June of last year (I get them from luckyvitamins.com -- the cheapest place I found; each around $10 a jar), and I took two in the morning and one at night. The False Unicorn Root I added last month, 2-3 times a day, 0.75-1 mL each time until ovulation this month (approximately the 10th - 13th).

This morning AF was due.
She no-showed.

So I tested:
I've attached my test. The strong maroon one is the control line.



Now, as a NURSE, I know that ANY line, no matter how faint, is a + result.

As a PERSON, I'm scarcely believing my eyes.

I'll so be retesting tomorrow morning, and then calling my OB-Gyn pronto for bloodwork. LOL!

Before Vitex, my cycle was getting longer and longer - up to 35 days. Vitex spun that sucker around to 25 days. But it did take time. Like I said, I'd been on it since June. But I'm definitely a believer.

I had a blood test yesterday that confirmed it. *freak out time, LOL*

And for another non-traditional method that I also used with Vitex and FUR (but only started using this month which is the interesting part about it), is crystal.

I bought some semi-precious stone eggs that all had fertility/conception properties, such as moonstone (conception), jade, unakite, rhodosite, ziosite, carnelian... and set them all on my headboard on my bed. I also wore a moonstone pendant all this month, and I think since the end of last month, but certainly since the beginning of this month.

So I have to give those crystals credit too.
