it is not complete and needs more info!!! i am trying to gather as much info as i can and will update it regularly.

To me alternative is homeopathic/natural remedies. Vitamins, diet, acupuncture, etc.

i was thinking about adding alturnitive birthing options as well...what do you think?

I think it goes hand in hand and I would LOVE to read more info on it. I am very interested in birthing with a midwife (unfortunately not a possibility in my area) and holistic/"natural" labor options (water birth, birthing ball, etc).

My sister ate alot of green leafy vegitables. They are high in folic acid and her dr told her to take extra folic acid besides what was in her prenatals. She was also told to take prenatals before she concieved. It worked for her. She is now the proud mommy of a Wonderful 3 year old Boy!!!

Dont forget chiropractic!!!
