New here....need tips to improve lining

I was wondering if any of you know what would help to improve uterine lining and help with implantation. I am on cd3 and started to take baby aspirin. Is there anything else that would help? Thank you, Joy

I'm not sure if it helped but I ate pineapple (esp the hard part in the center) on my ICSI cycle (it was a success).. Supposedly it helps with implantation

I used both BA and pineapple juice while TTC and one, the other, or a combo really helped!

I have heard Red Raspberry Leaf Tea is good for the uterus and lining... wondering what the other girls here think?

Hello!
My understanding is that the lining is produced in the follicular stage by estrogen and then "fluffed up" in the LP by progesterone. So, it is my guess that by promoting progesterone in the LP, you could help the lining be more "hospitable". Things like Vitex and some say Wild Yam will promote good progesterone. But other than that, I am just not sure, sorry.

I'd stay away from vitex. Messed us my cycles terrible and made me annovulatory. It should come with a warning label.

Things to improve the lining & help implantation:

Before O:
Ginseng, Dong Quai, Maca

After O
Maca, Progesterone

Also, baby aspirin (all cycle) and phophatydlserine (sp?) help with circulation to the uterus.

I got pg after one month on maca!
