There is an excellent yoga instructor in Calgary who does Fertility Yoga. You can reach her through
www.bodhitreeyoga.com, email John, he should know where she is teaching or anyone else in the country that teaches something similar.
There is a very brilliant massage technique from either (
http://www.universal-tao.com/master_chia.html) which is in Thailand but he has certified practitioners all over the world. It is Tao based and includes energy work that you do yourself to help ovaries, as well as internal exercises smiliar to Kegels and massage. Also look for Chi Nei Tsang practioners in your area (all learned from him or one of his instructors as he was the first to teach outside of China)
or
There is another woman named Dr. Arvigo who does another fertility massage technique.

Acupuncture is good for all troubles but it requires you to let go of old medical beliefs and understand the relationship between the 4 yin and 4 yang organs. It is only relationship and imbalance, not disease and dysfunction. It is simple and effective but will require you to listen and understand what your practitioner is telling you needs to be worked on and then do any much as you can for yourself to change the habits that are causing energy imbalances.
Applied Kinesiology is effective but harder to find a practioner in Canada.
Homeopathy is fantastic and requires patience.
Most of all have fun making love and don't worry about making your husbnd perform as that adds to your hormone imbalances and will increase your chances of not conceiving. Both parents need to make sure that their intentions are to have a child as any hesitation on either ones concious will be felt by any genetic material that wants to mix and match.
I am certain that an obsession to conceive with a former partner created ovarian cysts due to my concentration on the matter. Now with meditation and the realization that we are happy as friends but would be disasterous as co-parents, I am in control of that aspect of my health.
Love, Cynthia Ganga
