Hi ladies,
I've been on the maca now for about 5 or 6 weeks and I have to say that I feel GREAT. My question is this, has anyone heard of it bringing on O, early? I'm pretty positive that I O'd about 4 days early! I've done a lot of reading up on it and didn't see anything that would have confirmed this.

When anything affects our hormones, our bodies react differently. Now, it could be the maca or it could be anything else in your life that made you O early. I usually O on cd13 or 14, but I did have a cycle where I Od on CD6, and my acupuncturist made me O on CD10 once. Stress, illness, hormones and a ton of other things can move our O around. But its a possibility that in an effort to balance you out, your body reacted to the maca by Oing early.

I usually O almost to the day, that is why I was wondering about the maca? Oh well, we'll see what this next cycle brings. Thank you for the response!
