Default Maca for men?

Hi Laides!

DH and I are currently trying for our second child. This is month 3 of TTC. I was wondering...if I know my FSH is ok, that I am ovulating regularly, have ewcm...etc should I take Maca? Can it over stimulate something and be detrimental if I don't really need it, or is it one of those things that can't hurt. I don't wnat to throw things out of balance. KWIM? I read someone's FSH went through the roof with this.

Now, about men taking it.... Any of your DH's have experince with this? Will it help in male fertility? Does it increase libido, counts...etc What's the dosage for a man? Can it be taken if someone has borderline high BP? Dh is currently taking a men's multi vitamin.

Thanks!

Mo

Default Re: Maca for men?

Hey Mo!

I answered this question on BabyDust, but I thought I'd answer here for other women here who may have the same question.

I'd never heard of maca for women, only men. DH is currently taking Maca Men’s Drive 1600™ by Rainbow Light. We aren't TTC yet, but I have noticed an increase in his libido.
