Default LP defect fixes & progesterone cream ?'s

i've got an LP of 10-11 days, it used to be 12-14 days. & in the last six months it seems to have fizzled out. what are somethings i can do to fix this?
i've been told about progesterone creams, but i've no idea where to find it & how to use it. any info would be much appreciated TIA

I have been told that Vitamin B6 and B complex are good for lengthing the LP. Mine has been eratic and I started the combo this month. Last month I went from 9 to 10 days on just 100mg of B6.

I wouldn't use any progesterone creams without talking to a DR.

You can take B6 or you can take Vitex (which is a.k.a. Chastetree Berry). You can buy it almost anywhere (i.e., grocery store, drug store). It lengthens the LP too. The first month after a 21 day cycle I had, my cycle lengthened to 25, then 27, and this last cycle was 29 days. It definitely works, and quick!!

Royal bee jelly and bee pollen are great, and vitex will also help. Progesterone cream will too, but like Susie said, check with your doc first.
