Hi I was hoping to get a couple of questions answered.
Anyway, we are not ready to TTC baby #3 yet, and won't be for at least another year. However I was wondering about the effects of Maca root on my fertility. I have not had any problems conceiving in the past, but want to take the root for other reason. I really don't want it to mess up a good thing as far as my fertility goes and was hoping someone could give me a little incite on if maca root would have any negative effects.

Also has anyone heard if Maca root increases your chance of twins? I know many people who use clomid to conceive also have success with maca. I just don't know if twins is something I am up for so I want to know what you have all heard before I find my self going down that road!!
