Hi All,

Is anyone here aware of the rate of multiples (twins or more) with regard to taking herbal supplements such as Vitex and False Unicorn Root (FUR)?

I know that age, race, and genetics play a roles in the potential for multiples in pregnancy; I'm curious if either (or both) of these herbs do as well. At least with regard to fraternal twins.

they can cause you to ovulate multiple eggies...i think its a 2-5% increase.

Do you suppose it's a dose thing, or a taking both supplements together thing?

it really depends on your body mostly. i would just take the recomended dose...more isnt always better
