Hello All,
First and foremost let me say I am very grateful to have the opportunity to have some one to share my issues with not to take up much of your time. I will get straight to my point. I have several issues... My fiance and I have been together for 8 years and decided we will TTC, finally we feel it is right. I am 26 he is 30. I have ALWAYS had a problem with my period, even before I was overweight, but now more than ever. I once went one whole year without a period. After seeing my GYN he scolded me and diagnosed me with Secondary Amenorrhea and prescribed me Provera(which if i don't take I will not have a cycle). After months and months of taking that and still no BFP, I decided that it was not actually helping my root problem, no period, no ovulation. AF came last month suddenly on its own, i had not taken the provera for months, so i decided to read up on some natural ways to TTC, and started a regiman of False unicorn root and chaste tree berry. Problem is I don't know where to begin with all of this, should I have taken the provera to bring AF again and then start the regiman or will the regiman make it come naturally??? Please all advise will be of some help
