The clerk at my local herbal supplements store told me to take vitex and pro-gest together in order to achieve pregnancy. But, tonight I read on two websites that you shouldn't take them together. Can anyone help me? Anyone know why this might be? Should I just take the vitex and skip the pro-gest? Or should I take the vitex until O, and then switch to pro-gest?
I'm completely confused! Any help would be great appreciated!
