My cycles came back so I stopped putting on the cream while I was on my very normal cycle. Then when it was over I started putting the cream on again, then I stopped (yesterday) because I thought I read you start again after o'ing. The I got Internet back, we moved so I did not have it a few days. Went to the Happy PMS site and found this.


Wanting to get Pregnant:

Use ¼ tsp. twice a day, days 8 thru 26 for two months. On the third month, use ¼ tsp. twice day, the day following ovulation through day 26. If there is a possibility of pregnancy,

DO NOT stop using the cream until you take a pregnancy blood test at day 26. If negative, then resume scheduled use. If test is positive, use as directed for pregnancy.

So I restarted it again today, cd10 after not putting it on yesterday, tonight I wiped and there is a very very little bit of spotting, thinks I am getting ready to ovulate or did I mess up?

could have been spotting from o'ing or your cy got a lil unbalanced. i dont see ovulation by your chart...i think the p4 might have caused a lil spotting by thining out your lining. you should be just fine

have you had any other sxs?
