Can anyone tell me when during your cycle to take maca capsules?

If Nov. cycle doesn't work I won't be on any meds for Dec. cycle. Thought I would try Maca root so I feel like I'm at least doing something. I am dx w/ annovulatory cycles/pcos tendencies. I take femara to grow follies and hcg trigger shot to release them. I just finished 2nd unsuccessful iui.

I didn't know if I could take them when (if) af shows or if I have to wait till after o, etc.

If anyone has any information on maca, I would appreciate it. I've been researching it a bit and it sounds like something I should try.

Also, any success stories?

Hi there! I was just lurking and saw your post. You may have seen my post from a while back (a few below this one)... Maca Root worked for me after TTC for 4 yrs with 2 m/c's a long time ago. I started it on cd 1 and stopped it when I got my +hpt. If AF shows, I think you just continue to take it... main thing is to stop if you get a +hpt. GOOD LUCK!!
