a stupid thing to be mad about but...

LOL 3 weeks ago before my nephew was born, we all went to get a pedicure. So its all nice to get done. Well I made the appointment for 4 of use. For 45 mins only 3 of them were getting theirs done. On top of it they used those homics things spas you would have in your own house. So anyway they finally get started on mine. 2 1/2 hours later and $40 later we left. We talked about coupons they they send out to certain zip codes. Cool maybe I'll go for a massage. Well after we left they had coupons for a $25 pedicure for new customers. Well I called after everyone was pretty upset on the job they did, they just oh well sorry we didn't know they had them there. So they never offered to give some money back since I said we were talking about them. So I sent them an email. Well today they responded they will not give our money back for our dissatisfaction because we didn't come back, BUT I CALLED! They were suppose to send out coupons with an appology and never did receive them. So I told her I would not recommend anyone to her shop and she told me she would never talk bad. Well their service SUCKED.

Ok, thanks for letting me rant my pms must be pretty bad because I could probably cry and kill all day.

Oh man that sucked. I hate getting bad service and paying for it. But I also hate complaining because there are others who do it professionally, LOL.

My co-worker just complained about her 14 minute wait in the KFC drive through line for some chicken. The lady threw in 3 full size sides for free because she mentioned the wait time. I wouldn't have thought to complain! I would have figured it was my bad luck they were slow or something.

That sucks that you calling wasn't good enough for a discount. Guess they wanted to see what you were talking about. As if you can't be your own judge!
