the no bottle drop thing?
Who bought it? was it stacey? does it work? What is it called? I need something for in the car. DH and I are at our witts end with Caleb. we dont even want to take him out anymore b/c all he does is throw his cup or bottle on the ground as soon as we pull out of the driveway (and screams till we give it back).

Re: the no bottle drop thing?
i think it is called something like drop stop or something to that extent... I'm not sure on what staceys verdict was... But i sure would like to know because Christian throws everything on the floor when we got out to eat which is not very sanitary

Re: the no bottle drop thing?
Too funny I was going to post this same thread. We went out to dinner lastweek and matthew through his cup on the floor countless times.
Stacey bought one.
How does it work Stacey? Should we buy more than one or is one seem to be enough?
Here is the link from her thread Jillian

Re: the no bottle drop thing?
Yep, it was me that bought one. And I was thinking the price was reasonable. Running to the store, looking for materials to make one, etc. is worth the $10 I paid (with shipping).
I have used it in a restaurant to keep the sippy from hitting the floor. The only thing I would like to improve on it is the sewn closed loop. It's meant to go around a seatbelt, but in a high chair, I can't use it with that. Definitely use the cord loop and not the velcro for the cup as it may be too heavy when half or more full. I have looped the whole strap through the closed handle on his toy bar for the walker and that worked.
I still give it a thumbs up. In the stroller I only use the lap belt, but I guess I would use the shoulder belt if I was attaching the dropstop.
