That's exactly why I like it too Angela - its not a sticky sugary sweet like cake mixes. You don't feel like you've eaten a cup of sugar when you've finished a piece. Oh, and if you want another yummy idea with that - before you put it in the oven, sprinkle 1/2 cup of chocolate chips on the top. The last time I made it I bought a dark chocolate bar 72% cocoa and chopped it up. Dark chocolate gooey goodness on top! Lord, I have to make this today.
