I'm going to use some of the ideas with my 6 year old. Never a problem with Megan, but Mary Elizabeth still does it. I have not had much success with time outs.
Katie screams as well. She does so when she wants something that she knows she is not allowed to have. I try to reason with her and usually try to give her something that she is allowed to have like her toys.
