Chase's first haircut
We took him on Sunday and he was so good! He sat on Steve's lap and his head was on a swivel.  I don't know how that lady got her scissors on any hair at all! (and remarkably, Chase didn't lose an eye or an ear with all his head swinging.)
Being a good boy and sitting still for a split second:
Uh..the finished product, but it doesn't look a whole lot different! 
Look at that, they gave him a first haircut certificate!
She whispered to me that she was going to charge me $5.95 instead of the $10.95. Good thing, lady, you barely snipped the ends! But it did get it out of his eyes and she squared off the neck...so that part looks like a little boy to me now!

That's so cute! Love the little certificate! He looks so much like a little boy to me....man....can't believe he's almost 1! Love the siggy pic too.  It screams Joey Tribianni.

i also love your siggy pic. he must be posing right, because claudia has been yelling hi at him every time i scroll by. he's a doll. it's amazing how a "real" haircut can make them look so much older.

Amy, too funny Claudia is yelling at Chase! She's answering his pick up line I guess.
Now that I have that siggy pic posted with his haircut pics, I do see a definite improvement. It just didn't look like she cut much off while we were in the salon.
And Chris, I know what you mean...a sentimental moment! DH was rolling his eyes at me while I snapped pictures. And I thought the posing with the certificate would send him over the edge, but he was a good sport.

Awe, what a little man he is!! Such a gentleman! They would think I was pulling a practical joke if I took Jaymin somewhere to get his hair cut right now! Both of my boys have stayed bald much longer than DH and I did as a baby! It's so weird!
Chase is a fine and handsome young lad! You should be so proud!
