Default Carseat Question?????

I have the Britax Marathon. I bought this seat because I thought you could rear face longer. I am so confused because yesterday as I put Matthew in his seat I noticed the sticker on the side.

It said to avoid serious injury do not rear face after 20 lbs. HUH? I thought I was doing the right thing here????

Peach? Peach? Am I doing the right thing here? Anybody else have this seat? I swear it said I could rear face past 20 lbs.

I thought you could rearface in the marathon until like 30 or 35 lb. Hmmmm? I'm curious too!

Hmmm. I don't know. Rostam was rear-faced until he was 23lbs in Britax and we just turned him around. Boy is he happy to be a part of our world? I worry about it all the time since AAP says keep them rare faced forever!

Chris, heres something from the Britax site on the marathon...looks like you are okay. I know the end weight for RF and start weight for FF usually overlap, is that what it said on the seat??

For proper fit, your child must fall within the weight, standing height, and seated shoulder height ranges listed for this product.

Marathon

Rear Facing 5 lbs. - 35 lbs. 49 or less'' 9.5'' - 16''
Forward Facing 20 lbs. - 65 lbs. 12'' - 16''

Wow really? We have a Britax Boulevard and I bought because Nicklas was already over 22 pounds and wasn't old enough to FF.
