It actually doesn't take up a whole lot of freezer space for 20 meals. He brings his own containers - Ziploc stackable ones. They just stack on top of each other in the freezer. He also labels them all.
Ok, this is how it worked:
He came to our house to meet with us and see our kitchen space. He brought the menu which was a little different than the one posted on his website. We picked our meals (and added an additional one). Then we scheduled a date.
Ken came at 12 noon and brought everything he would need. Including dish soap and a trash bag. Then he started cooking. He only uses our counter space and the oven and stove. When he's done cooking a meal, he puts it in the Ziploc containers and then sets it in front of fan so that it cools. When its cool, he pops it in the freezer. We've started sharing the meals. Most of them are enough for two people easily. They have been delicious!
