I'm so excited! I was hoping that this fall would bring a couple hours a week of kid free time but it I was doubtful since it looked like Emma was going to be in the afternoon session of Kindergarten and Julia in pre-school in the mornings. I just found out that the school board has implemented a full day Kinder program so Emma will be gone everyday from 9am - 3pm and twice a week, Julia will be in school from 8:30am - 12:30pm. So....7 hours a week are going to be JUST ME!!!

Love my girls to death but thinking of actual scheduled time - child free time where I can do anything - makes me giddy. Just imagine....cleaning uninterrupted....doctor and dentist appointments without a kid in the room with me....shopping and not having to keep a kid or two from touching things and/or whining. *sigh* This just could be bliss. Of course, I may spend the first week or two just going back to bed and sleeping for a couple of hours.
