French Toast in the Oven
A healthier approch to the famouse French Toast.
* As many slices bread you need to fill your oven tray
* eggs
* milk
* sugar and cinnamon
* butter
- Get a flat oven tray, and grease it with butter.
- As all French Toasts, you dip the slice of bread in the milk first and then into the egg.
- After the dips, place the toast on the tray.
- When the tray is full, sprinckle with sugar and cinnamon on the toasts and take them into the oven.
- Bake at 170ºC until top is golden.
- Change sides, sprinckle with more sugar and cinnamon, bake untill golden.
