Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions) and Canada (excluding Quebec). In the United States, entrants must be 16 years of age or older as of the date of entry. In Canada, entrants must have reached the age of majority in the Province or Territory in which they reside as of the date of entry.

One (1) grand prize winner will be awarded the grand prize which carries an approximate retail value of $750. The grand prize consists of a Tara Subkoff for Imitation of Christ dress. There will be no first prize.

Twenty five (25) second place prize winners will each be awarded a prize which carries an approximate retail value of $22. The second place prize is a Smashbox for Imitation of Christ Photo Finish Lipstick with Sila Silk Technology in Enchanting.
