I just got home. I had my OB appointment this afternoon and they did not have my results in my file but when I was doing the pee in the cup thing and being weighed by the nurse I told her about my horrible experience I had at the hospital with the U/S tech. She said that I was the second patient of there’s that has reported that and she took the info down and she apologized that I had to go through that. I told her I was very worried about the baby and that I knew logically there was nothing to worry about but I had this horrible feeling ever since...so she was sooo nice and said while I was in with the doctor she would get my results for me.
I had the general check up and everything is great. Heart beat was at 152. The placenta is up to where it should be and I had the doctor show me how to feel for it again.....WOW....it feels so different now and very noticeable....I do not know how I lost it.....LOL. Plus I had a bit of a shock....my blood type is different then I thought....LOL....not sure how that happened but meh, what can you do. I have A+ so no worries about the RH- Factor. AND the craziest part....I had a mass weight jump I guess it was bound to happen since I have not gained anything till this appointment. I am up 6lb.....HOLY MAN!!!! But I over all still very happy with it....just hope it does not keep jumping in large leaps like that.
I told the doctor I was worried about the U/S results and that the nurse was getting them....he went out of the room and came back with them in hand He took a moment to read through them all and then he read them to me and everything was PERFECT!!!!! I feel soooooo very much better. Now you can all say you told me so....LOL. It’s crazy when you get a feeling / thought in your head, its like nothing would settle it till you hear the doctor say everything is great. HOLY MAN it’s like this huge weight has been lifted. I think I might actually get some sleep tonight: D

on getting the U/S results and glad to know the dr's office is aware that these people are doing this to expectant moms. Maybe they will file a complaint.
Sorry about the 6 pound gain, but since you hadn't gained up until now, that's not too bad. What did your doc say about it - if anything?
Some of them are real sticklers on keeping it under control and other's aren't.

HEHEHE....Thanks....I can NOT believe I am almost 1/2 way there. Its crazy how time fly’s in some ways.
The doctor was actually excited to see some weight gain this appointment due to the fact that I am almost 1/2 way there, he has been very worried about the pregnancy and having had my gastric by-pass. I eat a significantly small amount of food and have been trying to hit his calorie intake requirement but most days it’s not achievable for me.
I am luck to be able to eat 1000 - 1200 in a day and he wants me up at 1600-2000 per day. That’s ALOT of food....for me....LOL.
So he was very happy to see me finally have a jump and is not worried about it getting out of control at all. Plus the good thing is that the baby is growing on track, that is a big relief. We shall see next app as I am a bit worried but that is only because my weight has been a huge stress for years and I have worked really hard to maintain my weight and have had success for 2+ years of weighting with in 10 pound range over the whole time and it would go up and down depending on time of month. I am been so worried about gain with the pregnancy but I know its a good thing and I will loose what I need to after....but I still worry.
My DH was so happy and relieved I have gained as well as it was stressing him, he has not been here to make sure I eat enough and he is always on me to eat more....LOL.
But truly 6 pounds at 19 weeks is not bad.....so I am happy....just do not want any more large jumps....LOL

WOOO HOOO - Got the all clear!!!!
I guess it was bound to happen since I have not gained anything till this appointment. I am up 6lb.....HOLY MAN!!!! But I over all still very happy with it....just hope it does not keep jumping in large leaps like that.
I feel soooooo very much better. Now you can all say you told me so....LOL. It’s crazy when you get a feeling / thought in your head, its like nothing would settle it till you hear the doctor say everything is great. HOLY MAN it’s like this huge weight has been lifted.
