Default What do you think?

Hello I was wondering if anyone could help me out I just had my first IUI.......Does anyone know if 6.9million sperm motil sperm after the wash what the rate of success is? We have to wait until tues for the count/morph/mobility reports in which we have been having a problem with.I did however put my husband on the fertlaid vitamins hoping they would help.My egg was 23mm and i have no known problems ovulating.
Is 6.9million normal/poor/high?

Mary- I can't remember if my RE's office said anything above 3 mill or 5 mill is "good to go" but either way you were above that!!!

How did the IUI go??? I remember being very nervous for my first one, but I ended up getting a BFP (unfortunately ended in an early loss) BUT I remember the doctor being like "well we know you can get PG now."

I am praying that your first IUI brings you a sticky BFP!!!!!!

Thank you Hoping this is the month too
I'm feeling fine however yesterday i got the twinges I could have o'd then. Not sure but that nurse who did my iui...kept telling me these sperm can live for days. They want them waiting in the tubes for the egg.
I haven't had any cm none, which is VERY Odd! Also the hcg shot has made me feel alittle sick. When i do get pregnant from my history starting around 9 weeks i get very sick uo until 3 months have to have IV'S.
kinda brings back memories...not as bad.The IUI didn't really hurt.
I wish the count was 10million i would feel more confident. So ladies i have to wait 10 days to test right. My office is telling me to wait 2 weeks before testing. What the heck , i can't go that long...lol

when i was getting my us/trigger shot i had a 23mm Corpus luteum cyst on my right side and my 23mm egg on my left. Now would that be from last cycle or this cycle...isn't it a egg that turns into a cyst?
If thats the case i wonder if it was last months egg or an extra egg this cycle...i maybe really off on this.

Yes, the place where the egg bursts out turns into the corpus luteum. If there is an extra egg that is not released, then it is reabsorbed - or at least that's what my OB told me back when I was having my monitoring u/s's. Wishing you the best of and sending you extra that you'll get your this cycle!

I'm really bummed my re called husbands sperm # pre wash came back at 25.9million,42% moblity,2%morph.
And they will only do IVF with ICSI,They told me my chances are very slim that anything got to my egg.
And told me with the IVF I have a 40% chance that it will take.
Hopefully my husband takes it well and he will let us either take a loan out or start saving for this.

Mary- I'm sorry to hear about the info from your RE! I know it's probably really discouraging to hear that! Try to stay positive- they said your chances were slim, not impossible. Please keep us updated on what's going on and what your DH says about IVF. We're rooting for you!
