an update
Hello ladies...
I sorry that I have not posted in a while, I've been busy. While I am doing great, and so are the twins. At 18 weeks they were weighting in 1.5 lbs each, they were supposed to hit that amount around week 24, so I think that will be BIG babies. For the big sono I was unsure if I wanted to know the sexes, however they had their own thoughts on the matter, because as soon as he started the looking around what did we see.....their goodies.
It's official none of my children are modest. So if you want to know, keep reading.......

BOY.YEA!!!!!
I tell people it's because of my daughter, when I would ask her if she wanted a brother or a sister, she would always say...yes brother, yes sister, yes please...and soon she will have both.
My next app is on the 17th of this month, I will give a better update on how the babies are then.
Oh yeah, I already know their names. Alec Nathanael and Avry Michelle.
More to come...

Re: an update
Congratz!!!! That is so very awesome and exciting!!! I can not wait to hear more when you can give us another update.
I go for my U/S on Fri. Sept. 14th to find out if I am having twins. DH and I would LOVE it if we were BUT we will be just as happy if we are having only one. This is our first PG so we are excited no matter what we just want everything to be going as it should

Thank you for all of your kind words and support, I needed it. I've had Braxton Hicks all week. I am sooo very tired. I'll post more later...dinner is calling right now.

Re: an update
Everything is great. Both babies are in a head down position, so my hips hurt. My bp is great, 120 over 60. Yea. I have not gained much, and both of my little one are unable to stay still. One moves all night, and the other one all day. My stomach can do the wave, all by it's self.
I am hoping against all that I can try for a VBAC, at this stage they are not to likely to move around, apparently that is just the shape of my uterus, so they are stuck. I am told that I will continue to expand, but I just don't see how...I feel so huge. I tried to shave my legs, and I came to realize that I won't be able to do that for much longer. I just could not get past my stomach. I had my sister go over the spots that I missed. lol
My only complaint...is when people find out that I'm having twins, their response is "oh my GOD, that will be so hard", " I am glad it's not me" or something to that effect. there comments are thoughtless and sometime are quite rude. So now I have fun with them...I tell them the most offensive response. Here's are just a few...I plan on tossing the runt back, I'm giving the ugly one away, and one is just will be used for extra body parts. The look on their faces, it really shuts them up.
Honestly I am more then thrilled to be pregnant with twins, for me it's a blessing. So why these people feel that they can be critical I don't know, it's pointless to even try to explain it to them. So I tell them something I think is just as ridiculous.
Hope this does not offend people, I just think it's funny that people feel the need to criticize. These day's I feel wicked, and I have a serious need to tell these people just how tacky they are, so I use tacky humor.

PRICELESS!!!!
People who have never been through wanting a child as badly as people on this board have no clue what a blessing a child is. In my opinion you have been doubly blessed. You will have twice as much joy at one time. And you will be twice as strong for your children (once you make it through the terrible twos ). The beginning will be a challenge - but that goes for having your first ONE baby too. New things have to be learned, worked out, and familiarized. You are going to be fine. I'm sure you will have some really excited grandma's that will be very glad to be needed!!! Thanks for the update!!!

That is so funny. It amazes me what people will say! Good for you saying something back to shock them; they certainly need to wake up! Thanks for the update!
