Ok- I am fighting the urge SOOOO badly....

For anyone who used Ovidrel or any trigger- here is the question:

What is the earliest you have received a negative HPT after a trigger/ovidrel? (trying to avoid a false positive)

I am 7day post trigger and 5dpiui...... WAY to early- but those damn sticks are screaming my name and I have a good feeling about this month. I had some serious cramping yesterday, no spotting, but I was thinking maybe it was implantation, there is no way it was AF since I was only on cd 18. A nurse at my RE's office said with IUI; implantation happens within 6 days or so. She told me that b/c I swore up and down that my LP was too short for a bean to stick- she convinced me that it was adaquate b/c I have around 10-12 days in my LP and there is plenty of time for a bean to nestle in there.

Aghhh... I will wait until at least next Thursday, that will be 10dpiui and 12dp trigger. Boy I thought this 2ww was going to be easy for some crazy reason......

MB - You definately need to wait. It is way to early. When I found out I was pregnant w/ dd I believe I was 10 dpiui and it was a faint +. You can do it.

* 2nd round of Follistim and Hcg shot w/IUI start meds July 18th. IUI was on July 28th.
- Aug. 17th 1st beta test 462 ****Miscarried - ectopic pregnancy 9/9/07 Lost right tube.
*3rd Round, Oct. '07 - Follistim & Hcg shot w/IUI-10/28/07 ** ended in chemical pregnancy 11/07
*4th Round, Feb 25th, - Follistim & Hcg shot w/IUI - Cancelled due to many mature follies.

with Karen. You need to wait at least 5 more days to be sure that the result isn't false. I know you're itching to test; but try to hold out so you don't get a result that might not be true - either way.

I know the wait SUCKS!!!! BUT you for sure need to wait a bit longer. At least 10 days past the trigger. 12-14 is better. I wait till 13days past then could NOT hold out any longer.

How many mature follicles this time? Still just the one? Curious as I only had one for my last cycle too. Either way it only takes one to work!!! GL!

Yes, just one again. I had a few that were around 15mm this time, but when they did the IUI I had a 23mm follie and the nurse said it looked great.

the good news is you are in the just about one week wait now! lol

I am jumping on the same band wagon, i would definitely recommend holding out....I did Ovidrel, I did my HPT on day 15 i had "a feeling" it would be a positive, i was always told i would know and i knew, now this time i don't think i will wait so long, especially if i have "a feeling"
