Default Which temperature would you use?

I normally temp at 6:30am, but this morning I woke at 5:00am and had to get up to go to the bathroom. I took my temp before I got up and it was 98.28. I went back to bed, but didn't sleep. I took it again at the regular time before I got out of bed and it was 97.90. I'm not sure which one I should use.

I believe it should be the first one of the morning before you get out of bed. HTH!

I did not start temping but took an online class on it and I would say the first one before you got before you got out of bed.

I ended up ordering a digital BT, OPK strips and PG test strips and the day they arrived I got my Go figure eh? LOL

Sorry for not having a sure answer but from what I have read the actuate temp is the one you take after at least 3 hours good sleep. GOOD LUCK
