the suspense is killing me!!!

Hello~ Today is 10 days past my trigger- so any BFP now is real!! (I also know this b/c I tested on Saturday to see if the trigger was still there and it was negative!!! Crazy I know, but I just used a dollar store cheapie- I wasn't going to waste a $13 test to check on the trigger). I think that makes me a POAS addict...

So I am going to do everything in my power to hold on testing off until Friday- that will be 12 dpiui..... But man I am getting anxious. I know today is WAY to early- only 8 dpiui. As long as I can get past that first morning potty.... I should be okay.

I keep talking to my stomach saying stupid stuff like "hang on in there- don't let go.... Mommy loves you". I feel stupid- BUT- maybe he/she they need some encouragement. My DH thinks I am nuts and says I should not get my hopes up like I have in the past. I just can't help it~ I have a good feeling.

Oh well.....
Just had to give an update and ask for you prayers.

I know how you feel! I did my first round of FE this month and got an HCG shot 8 days ago. I am supposed to go in for b/w tomorrow to test my progesterone. I'm anxiously awaiting to find out what is going on! My DH is constantly rubbing my belling and saying "baby wishes" or "hang on in there!"

I have a question though... since this is my first month doing this, I'm not exactly sure what checking the progesterone will tell them. Will it tell them if I'm pregnant, or will it tell them if I ovulated? I never caught that, I'll try to look it up online, but if anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it!

Waiting is really, really hard!!!!!

Mary Beth - you are so cute.....that is exactly what I did....my DH though I was nuts too but I made him do it as well. I would get him to rub my belly, kiss my belly and tell our little "bean" to find a nice cozy corner and settle in nice and tight!!! and that it was NOT time to come out yet......to listen to his/ her daddy and mommy and stay put till they were done baking!!! LOL It was silly but it also made it fun and took some of the stress away and who knows......IT WORKED for us

Kristen - I believe that test tells them weather you have O'ed and to make sure your levels are high enough to sustain a PG. I think it will help them narrow down what is happening with your body - if you did not O and / or if you body needs help with a supplement to sustain a PG. BUT I am not 100% sure.....hopefully the other ladies will have better insight for you.

MB - When I got pregnant with my dd. I was doing injectables then also. Anytime I do the injectables I start AF super early like 8 or 9 dpiui. So at 8dpiui I started spotting and it got a little heavier for two days and I was all upset but then it started going away. So at 10dpiui I took a test and it was faint BFP. Sorry if that makes you want to test early, I just thought I would share that with you.

Karen- Your story didn't make me want to test early.... I did it on my own (i just had to, I couldn't stop myself!!!) It was negative, but it is still early. The RE told me that when you take the ovidrel you as a rule you get AF 14 days later and so far that has been true for me. I usually start spotting around 12 or 13 days after and then AF on the 14th day..... Today is 11 dp trigger.... oh boy....
I am feeling quite nausous right now- but I think it is the entire bag of starburst jelly beans I have been eating. That and nerves.

Hi- I had to wait until today to get my b/w. Today was CD 21 and they wanted me to wait til then. I had the b/w done at 12:45- and they said it would take a couple of hours. Supposedly, a nurse will call me today. I'm soooo anxious right now. I've been home sick all day & the sitting around waiting is KILLING me!!! I will post as soon as I know anything though.
