RE Appt

So i had my consultation regarding my panel testing (multiple loss blood testing) Most of my results came back negative, which is good, i only had a few questionable ones, My auto Immune one was extremely high, but he said he would be more concerned if it was low. My Follic Acid was very low so i am now on double the dose that i was on.
SO we are back on track again

We decided to go with my "successful recipe" again with the added Follic Acid
I had a follical scan and blood work done, and as soon as AF shows up we start up the Gonal-f, Ovidrel, IUI and Progesterone along with the PreNatals and now Folgard....So fingers x we will have a sticky peanut this time

I am very excited, i realize it has only been 2 months since the loss but i am more than ready.

Again thank you to all of you, i really could not have made it through this without all your support, words of encouragement and more importantly you sharing your stories with me helped so much.

Lou - I know what you are feeling. I wish I could start trying again. My m/c was on or about 8/21/07. The last week my hcg level only went down 100. Now, today I went in after a week for my b/w to see how they dropped. Last two weeks ago Thursday my level was 640. Then last week Thurs. it went to to the 500's. Now this Thursaday I'm hoping zero but I have a feeling it won't be. I will find out later today or early tomorrow.
It seems like it takes forever to drop back down. I just want to start trying again.

Good luck with "successful recipe" of meds. I know my "successful recipe" is a good one. We just need it to Stick.

Karen...i'll be prayin for your numbers to drop so that you can heal and start again. they say that you are most fertile after a miscarriage.

Karen ~ My numbers after the M/C went from 30,000 down to 32 in less than 3 weeks, i was at 0 in less than 4 weeks, so they really can drop...I do hope this is the same for you, let us know once you get your results!

Shannon: How are you doing as far as your ttc? Anything new going on? I havent done a lot of reading or keeping up with things for a while, just reading a little hear and there. I did see your weight loss success, WAY TO GO!!

I felt real good after i lost my weight, although i have gained some back after i quick smoking but not much and i'd rather have a little extra weight on me than have those nasty cigarettes! I can't stand the smell of cigarette smoke! YUCK!! Anyways, let me know how your doing with everything. I need to catch up and be filled in on everybody again, lol. I feel like a newbie!

Thank you Carrie, I am staying very hopeful and positive for myself and Karen, and of course all of you!!!! You have all given me such great support this year, and in turn i have found such a new level of empathy, not that i try to say i know what it is like to walk in all of yours shoes, but that each time you all go through hard times and loss it makes me realize so much about myself and this journey we have found ourselves to be on.
I so feel that it is our time, i never waver from that, doubt is no longer in my thoughts!!!

's very soon!!! In the meantime, we are trying to get custody of my 11 yr old little half brother, Jimmy. He has had a very hard life, especially since our dad died(same dad, different mothers). His mother is a alcoholic and the list goes on and on, down to the point where she spends his monthly checks, not on him but on herself and whatever man she happens to be with at the time. He has never had a Christmas, well, not with her anyways, and she doesnt buy him clothes, like for school or anything. Jimmy told me, our big sis, and our aunts/uncles that he wants to live with me and Lee. I've already called childrens services in the county he lives in and they have had a prior call about his situation! They know i want custody and that jimmy wants to come live with us. He has absolutely nothing, no love shown to him(except for our family), nothing. Right now i have to be nice to his mother so i can continue to get him every other wknd when im off work. Poor little guy, wish i could just keep him from now on, he gets so depressed when we have to take him back home. I have to call our attorney to find out what all we need to be doing right now and also let him know that C.S.'s is involved. Sorry...i tend to go on and on!

Celi: Thank you i hope we get him for good too and SOON!!! It was so cute, he was on the computer and i had him type out his Christmas list and he got like really excited and made kind of a long list with some very pricey things on that list! lol. He told me he wanted a .22 and i told him absolutely NOT! Then he started talking about BB guns $:\$ (our dad had bought one yrs ago for our older brother at the same age jimmy is now, that was his birthday present). I just want to be able to teach him right from wrong, etc. Especially if we get full custody of him!
