Re: No O on Femara?
As far as I know I O'd each month on the Femara. I asked my doctor once, since I wasn't monitored each month, only this last one, how we knew for sure I was O'ing. He said if you get sore bb's around O time, you're likely O'ing. Most months I did; it usually lasted from O time almost right until AF. I was on 5mg.

Re: No O on Femara?
Ok, that's good to know...thanks so much! I just hate not knowing for sure what's going on. I'm not being monitored either. I hate waiting on AF and wondering if/when she's coming!

Re: No O on Femara?
Sorry I have no advise on this. I wish you all the best and hope you O this time.
If you do not have success I would maybe ask your doc to monitor you or for a referral to an RE who can. BUT I am huge advocate of being monitored when taking any type of IF drugs.
GOOD LUCK!!!! I hope this is your month

Re: No O on Femara?
Hi Jessica, I was just wondering if your Dr has ever mentioned you doing the Hcg Trigger shot to Ovulate? I was reading your signature and noticed you are not ovulating, and i am surprised your Dr is not having you use the trigger. Also, if for some reason he won't monitor you, I would really consider looking into a good RE. Also an RE tends to be more aggressive, if you are clearly not ovulating then you may not want to wait the typical 1 yr of ttc. But also you have to do what you feel comfortable to you. Good Luck, and ask lots of questions.
