New to this board - Past Femara success - going for number 2!

After 6 years of TTC on various fertility treatments (clomid, Gonal F, etc) all of which didn't work my doctor tried me on Femara (in 2004). After 2 cycles of Femara and IUI I got my first ever BFP! I had my son Jack in 2005. He premature and growth restricted due to other medical complications in my pregnancy - born at 32 weeks weighing only 2 pounds 7ounces. After a long stretch in the NICU he came home and it has been wonderful! He is now a 3 year old happy and healthy little boy.
We were not going to try for a second baby due to our fear of prematurity again but after much debate have decided to try again. I am on Provera to get my period going (I have PCOS) and will do a few tests and start Femara. I am hoping for the same success this time around, without the late pregnancy complications.
I am Canadian and even with the studies done here about the issues with Femara, I have full confidence as does my Fertility Doctor that this drug will help us get our baby #2.
