The only monitoring i use are the OPK's from the pharmacy, my best O'ing guide are my Follicle scans, do you have any scans? Once my follicles get to be at least 18mm i do the Ovidrel trigger, and i then 'O' usually within 24 hrs for me, but some people it can take upto 48hrs...I find OPK's to be reliable, but my Follie scans with my RE are my best guide, then when i do Ovulate, boy do i know it, major cramping!
