Maybe its wrong

Well between the candles, romantic music, and skimpy nighty I think dh had no choice but to bd!: The only thing is that i got another low reading on my monitor today. I also have been taking my temp but i only got two temps so i have no idea what it all means. I probably should have been temping from the beginning but it was so nice to just have a break. Well I am thinking maybe my monitor is wrong, because my friend called the hotline number for me and asked about Femara effecting the results and they told her it can but I can still use OPKs i guess. I have been having twinging cramps on both sides and it especially hurt yesterday, and then I got the creamy slimy cm so thats why i wanted to bd. I am not sure whats going on with my body but I got my bd in and thats all I can do till Sunday. My dh will be busy tonight he said, and gone Saturday overnight till Sunday evening. If nothing has changed I guess I can bd again on Sunday, but if I dont O before Monday I may call my dr and let them know. I am supposed to have my progesterone test Oct 1. I guess I just gotta keep waiting and hope for the best.

Hi MomtoCameron,

I am new to all of this, but I am on my first cycle of Femara. It worked like a champ. I DO NOT ovulate on my own, AT ALL and do not have PCOS. I tried 3 rounds of Clomid and nothing, no follicles, nothing. I had an appt for a follicle scan last Thurs., but before that i started using my CBE Monitor, I didn't want to O before the appt and not know it. On the day of my appt it hit the Med level and I told my Dr and he said to BD for the next 3 days. He looked at my ovaries and I had one follicle in each ovary, one was 22mm and the other 19mm, he also said my lining looked good, and that I should be Oing that day ot the next. And low and behold the next morning it was at the HIGH level, and I did feel O type craming, which I'm not sure I have ever felt before. So as far as I know my monitor is working correctly. Has your Dr done any of these scans? I have VERY irregular periods, maybe 3-4 a year, I also have to take Provera to start my period. I O'd on cd 15-16, and am currently very early in my TWW. I go back on the 27th for I think a progestrone level check to make sure I O'd. I would like to hear how your progress is going.

The only monitoring i use are the OPK's from the pharmacy, my best O'ing guide are my Follicle scans, do you have any scans? Once my follicles get to be at least 18mm i do the Ovidrel trigger, and i then 'O' usually within 24 hrs for me, but some people it can take upto 48hrs...I find OPK's to be reliable, but my Follie scans with my RE are my best guide, then when i do Ovulate, boy do i know it, major cramping!
Have you ever known when you O'?

well so far i had cramping a little big around cd13 and 14 so we bded cd 13. DH was gone over the weekend and my monitor continues to give me Low status........i am on cd17 today and my temp is creeping up so i dunno if it means I Oed or will O or whats going on. I will try to bd tonight and we shall see what my monitor and temp do tomorrow.....i hope if nothing else i at least O! Some progress is better then none.
