Did anyone else O late while on Femara? I'm on Day 17 and still haven't gotten a smiley-face on my digi OPKs. Just wondering if this is the norm, b/c I'm getting very impatient! My body is telling me O is on the way, but I just want my smiley! Help!

Your body will O when it's ready. Hang in there. I O'd late on Clomid and would have on Femara if not for the trigger shot I did. Just keep those OPK's handy!

Hey Jessica and everyone I was going to start a similar thread this is my first cycle without meds I o on day 21 and I am on day 20 now and have had very confusing temps did an opk Sunday night and got maybe a faint positive I work night shift and will check
Sorry the rest got cut off but I will see what my temp is this afternoon I think I may have ovulated yesterday but idk just make it clear since I did not above this cycle was a femara cycle but nonmedicated cycles I o on CD21 any advice is also appreciated and I hope Jessica you get your positive opk soon
Thanks so much girls!! I finally got ewcm yesterday and this morning, and my cp is HSO. I thought it was the last two days, but it drastically changed this morning, so I was wrong. I didn't think it could get any higher or softer, but it did. I can barely feel it's so high up there. I'm thinking I'll get my this afternoon. If not, I'm listening to my body and I believe O is coming soon.

I would have o'd late on F without the trigger. I had one large egg on my left ovary and my body apparently was not going to release it. Then I had three small eggs on my right ovary. I feel that my body wanted to wait for those 3 eggs to be ready to pop--or at least one of them because I did not get my own lh surge or ew but the doc did the hcg trigger anyway to release the big left egg--but I did not get pg and I feel it is because we were forcing the issue. I think that you waiting for the right egg to pop--getting ew and your own lh surge maybe the best thing!! GL!!!

Jessica--I was just checking in to see if you got your O--but no such luck yet. Of course it is possible esp with all that ew that your O is just around the corner. I am sure though that it is frustrating. I know that without fert drugs I have a rondomly long wait for af and it frustrates the heck out of me. With fert drugs even last cycle I may have had the wait but they gave me the trigger. I wonder if your docs--are they Res or OBs?--would monitor your eggies and add in the trigger??? Well hopefully you will still O and not "next month" will be needed.

I would have O'd late if it werent for the HCG shot...the thing I LOVE about Femara is that I have no side effects like clomid and also NOOOO PMS!!!!!
The thing I HATE about Femara vs Clomid is that with the Clomid I start my period EXACTLY 12 dpo...with the Femara I ALWAYS start my period 16dpo!!!! And lets face it...who wants an extra 4 days of not knowing if your preggo or not?!
