Hi Ladies! I hope everything is well. I am thinking about charting my temps but have never done it before. Is there a certain thermometer you buy and how do u exactly do it? I am having trouble telling when I O and the lh strips never work. I am going to use the trigger for the first cycle next month so maybe that will help. I am stll waiting on my period though!

When I was starting out I was directed to this web site: Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com And I found it VERY help full. It has a fee online course on how to temp and the info is GREAT plus you can track your cy online and it helps you understand your cy better.

I did not end up using it as I got my BFP but I know lots of ladies on here do use it and love it. I hope this is helpful!!! GOOD LUCK!! I hope you get your BFP very soon!!!
