I've got a WW dessert recipe that really good!

And it's only 1 pt for 1 cup! We always have it at our family get-togethers (since a lot of us are doing WW) and everyone else seems to like it too. Here it is, just in case you'd like to try it.
Dreamsicle Dessert
1 30oz. sugar-free box of orange Jello
1 small box of sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
1 8oz. container of fat-free Cool Whip, thawed completely
1 11oz. can of mandarin oranges, drained
Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 1 cup of crushed ice and water (I usually fill the cup with ice and then add water until it reads 1 cup). Stir until ice melts or no longer melts. Let sit for 5 minutes. Remove any remaining ice. With mixer, blend in the pudding powder until smooth. (Don't try to do it by hand or else you'll end up with chunks!) Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate. Stir in oranges when slightly thickened.

As for my Memorial Day weekend plans, I have a friend from Utah flying in tonight. She will be here for about a week! I'm pretty excited for some company! Since my DH is still gone, we can do pretty much whatever we want and not have to worry about keeping him entertained.

We'll probably go to Myrtle Beach and down to Charleston, SC....but other than that, we don't have anything really planned yet!
