Well I went for the first ultrasound this morning and saw plain as day 1 beautiful gestational sac.

It was so small I could barley believe that there was a baby in there, but the nurse and Dr. both said it is exactly what they would expect to see and the baby has implanted nicely in the lining and is comfy and growing as he/she should.

I did ask to double check for a 2nd sac and the nurse did, but she said at this point it could be hiding in there and we may not see it yet. We will know for sure in 2 weeks.

I go for the next on on 4/3 which happens to be the day I leave for a two week vacation..... that is going to be a busy morning!

yay!! for you and DH. i bet there is more in that tiny little sac than meets the eye. but like you said you will know for sure next time. hope the morning sickness isnt too bad on you until then. congrats!!

Heartbeat 171 bpm at 8 weeks!!!!
At 11 weeks 3 days saw baby moving on u/s and kicking its long legs.
Heartbeat 168bpm at 15 weeks!!!!
The tech thinks she saw a scrotum....sooo little boy???
25 weeks on 3/24/08......next appt. 4/7/08

Sorry to be late with my reply - busy holiday weekend. Congrats on the first u/s. Glad you are getting another one on 4/3 - that's my date for my 4D u/s! So it's a great day for u/s's. Could be that you have one egg that is splitting into idents! Or like they mentioned, it could be hidden behind the other one at this point. Can't wait for a more revealing u/s to come! TFS your news.

First round Femara- 15.5 follicle (not big enough)
Second round Femara 5mgs/Follistim 75iu/Novarel-hcg/1000mgs met (4 follicles)-BFN!
Lap surgery August 15, 2007~NO ENDO/CYST Covered in "SCAR TISSUE" from infection? that was removed, HSG tubes cleared out again.
Waiting for post op appt with RE- "CLEAR" and ready to go again~1000 mgs Metformin, 2.5 mgs Femara 2x a day(five days), 75 iu of follistim(six days),Novarel (trigger) w/FOUR mature follicles ~ BFP 10/26!!!! Miscarriage @ Five weeks
Af 12/26-(63 day cycle-Provera induced)-40 mm cyst--Currently on BCP-
Starting Femara/follistim/Metformin 1/22/08-SIX mature follicles-BFP-2/17/08~M/C #2
April 16-HSG-ALL CLEAR! Some scar tissue on left side..but CLEAR!
Diagonsed with autoimmune disease will need Levenox and baby aspirin a day starting on cd 16...
