pm box

How do I get a pm box? I've heard you get one after 200 posts but I still don't have mine. Have tried the main announcement page and contacted the administrater. Can anyone help?

The user profiles section of admin is still down, we have submitted the sections that aren't working to vb and are hoping to have this open again very soon.

Thanks for responding, do you know how long it may be? I'm waiting to get a password to my private board through it.
