GREAT FOR Easter dinner...
Ham with Pine apples
1 12pound bone in ham
1/2 cup whole cloves
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 20 oz. can pineapple rings in heavy syrup
1 4 oz. jar marashino cherries
1 12 oz. can of lemon-lime carbonated beverage...
preheat the oven to 325 degrees
place ham in roasting pan.cut diamond shapes in the rind.
press clove in center of each diamond.
Drain the juice from the pineapple rings into a medium bowl,
and stir in the brown sugar,and lemon-lime soda.
coat the ham with mixture arrange pineapple rings over the outside of the
ham.place a cherry in the center of each pineapple ring secure with a toothpick.
bake un covered for 4-5 hours basting frequently.
until internal temp. is 160 degrees F.
