She was born a little under and hour ago, when I called to check on her she was being born.
Zailee Avylon Lillyann Z. weighs 5lbs 11oz and is 16inches long. She is doing great and is breathing on her own but has a little bit of help every few minutes or so from a Z pap(sp?). Carmen says that she is a round little girl and has some meat on her bones and she is by far not skin and bones, lol.
Carmens DH told her "I missed a few calls, while Avy was being born" lol it was me calling her, funny. DH took alot of pictures but he does not know how to upload them to sk for us to see. She is going to see if her little sis will do it for her.
Carmen sounded GREAT for just having gave birth, she sounded like she was out and about taking a stroll. She is a trooper. She did say that her meds were beginning to wear off. She will be in the hospital for 3 more days and then she can go home.
Oh yeah the cause of the pain that she spoke of in her thread was due to her previous C-section scar starting to open up. So it is a good thing that she went in to be seen. All of her kids came by c-section and I guess with this PG her body decided it was going to deliver Avy with or without surgical help.
We were talking and her phone just cut out on us. I tried to get her back but there was no answer.
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww I am thrilled for her!! I can't wait to see pics

Well if she is anything like here big brother she wont need to stay in nicu at all
And a little hope for her, Amethyst was born at 33w 6 days 4lbs. 2 oz and was only in nicu for 8 days....so hopefully little Zailee will be set to go when Carm is

Yay! Glad she's here and such a good size for 36 weeks! (my Lily weighed 5lbs, 14 oz when she was born at 37 weeks). I can't WAIT to see pics and get my new baby fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
