I ordered Edible Arrangements for my mom, there was a beautiful bouquet i couldn't resist sending to her. Supposedly they'll still deliver on Sunday too. Score!

My sisters and I bought my parents their Mother's and Father's Day gift as a combo deal this year. We got them tickets to see Neil Diamond in concert. They saw him perform in the 1980s so we are hoping they will like this too. We'll tell them on Sunday.

We sent a bouquet of flowers to my mother in law that was delivered today. It's kind of funny actually. Because my mother in law called by DH to thank him for the flowers for her birthday (which is on the 16th) and Brian was like "those were for Mother's Day". Oooops! At least he was the one that completed the card that went with the flowers b/c I'd never live that down if it was my fault! Too funny! Well it's the thought that counts, right?

I am seeing her on Sunday. I am getting terracotta pots for the boys and letting them paint them with "patio paint". I will let them plant a flower in it for my mom.

We are taking my mom to Red Lobster since it's her favorite restaurant plus we always buy her a casual outfit because she only will spend money on work clothes. :-)

I bought my mom a bouquet of flowers (it's one of the things she really misses now that she's on her own again) and we're taking her to an East Indian restaurant for dinner (that's a Mother's day gift for both her and I as we love it!).

I got some free test print 8x10s so I figured I'd use them lol.. I'm giving my mom and MIL a framed pic of Lily. I also have a little terra cotta pot set with paints, I think I'll have Lily mess them up and plant a little flower in them. I'll see my mom tomorrow for turkey dinner, but I won't see MIL until next week.
