Hi everyone!

I'm VERY frustrated as I think my first cycle of Clomid (100mg) was a bust. I called my OB today to ask if I were to still take the Progesterone on CD 17 (Wed) even though I haven't tested positive with an OPK. The nurse told me not to take the progesterone and just wait until next cycle and then she said "we'll probably have to increase your dose of Clomid". LOVELY!!!

So I guess I'm supposed to wait for AF and try again. I'm still testing & BDing so I haven't given up yet...

My question is, for those that are on 100mg of Clomid (days 3-7), what cycle day did you O on?? Is there still hope?!?!

I used those test strips to check for ovulation and they never gave me a positive the first time i tried clomid. i only had sex between days 11 to 16 and i became pregnant. So dont give up, sometimes those tests are wrong. I'm on my second round right now of clomid and checking again for ovulation ( i had a miscarrige at 6.5 weeks from the first round) but my doctor said if you take 100 mg on days 3 to 7 (which i did) you should start testing for ovulation 3 days after your last pill and thats also when you should start trying for the baby. It worked for me the first time. I'll cross my fingers for you!

Thanks Amanda. That was encouraging!! <I'm sorry you lost the baby though) I was a little bummed yesterday but it really is out of my control so I know I shouldn't worry about it too much. I told my hubby last night that it's not over til AF comes so we're going to keep BD until then!!!
